Medical Assistance Anytime, Anywhere ...

As a mom, I always think about our family’s health.  That’s why I try to make my family eat healthy foods and I avoid canned foods and instant foods as much as possible. I also think about medical emergencies in the family.  We have our healthcare plan which we use whenever we need but sometimes I can’t help but wonder what if we have a medical emergency?
The truth is, we don’t know when there will be an emergency that would require us to get medical assistance right away. What if we are hurt during a long travel and there’s no one around to assist. I shudder at the thought but I know it has happened to some people. Now I know why people sign up for a medical assistance program. They want to be assured that they would get emergency medical help anytime, anywhere, and even in a foreign country.
I would love for my family to have this especially when our kids get older and they travel around on their.

Mesothelioma – What You Should ...

Mesothelioma is a deadly form of cancer coming from exposure to asbestos. Asbestos was used in the construction and maritime industries so people employed under these professions are more likely to suffer from this cancer. The worst part is that the family members of these people who are exposed to asbestos are also at risk. That is why if you’re working under these industries it is important to know more about this condition so that you’ll know if you’re at risk or not.

Asbestos use has been discontinued but the effects can be felt even a couple of decades after the first exposure. If you feel your health has been compromised because of exposure to this chemical then seek the help of a Mesothelioma lawyer on what steps you can take. Our health is our wealth and if it has been taken away from you because of negligence by other parties then you have the right to sue.

Stress Management To Avoid Hair Loss ...

Stress can lead to this phenomenon called stress hair loss. Premature hair loss can indeed occur through stress. Even work-at-home moms like me are prone to this because it can really be hard to balance everything at home. I remember when I was still working on my previous stressful jobs my grandma noticed I had an awful lot of hair falling on the floor. I thought it was all but normal since I read that a person can lose up to 100 hair strands a day but on hindsight I realize that something was not right then.

After I quit my job we moved to our own apartment and there I started working at home. My work had a 12 hour deadline and I had to do all the cleaning, cooking, and taking care of my son while transcribing all at the same time. I admit I was stressed a lot and it definitely showed on the number of hairs I had to sweep everyday. Now, I am more relaxed and wouldn’t you know it, I don’t see any more of my hairs on the floor.

So if you’re noticing a lot of falling hairs lately then it might be due to stress. To beat this, you have to learn how to manage stress by doing some meditation, deep breathing, and positive self talk. Stress is part of everyday life but with proper stress management you will not only have healthier hair but you will also have healthier life.
