One of the consequences of being a WAHM is I stay sedentary for long periods of time. I admit I already have a belly that leaves much to be desired because of my lifestyle. I have also noticed that I am slowly gaining weight as the years go by.
That’s why when my brother-in-law came by to visit and I noticed his weight went down I asked for his secret right away. He said he was using myonox. I heard there were side effects of myonox such as jitters, palpitation, sweating and the works. I am a mother of two young boys that’s why I’m hesitant to try it.
I guess that means I just have to get rid of the extra weight the old fashioned way.

I’ve been working at home for more than a year now and one of the problems of sitting for a long duration is the bulging tummy. The only way to get rid of it is by sweating it out and that’s the old-fashion way so I walk 3 times a week and play 2 times a week. IMO, It’s always best to exercise than to take slimming meds, etc.
